The main problems that can occur during fasting in hot weather and what can be done to get rid of them are-

Dehydration is one of the most common problems faced by fasting people in extreme heat. This can cause headaches, nausea, blurred vision, etc. In this case, you should eat more liquid food from Iftar to Sehri. At the same time drink as much water as possible. However, against the will and excessive water can not be drunk. Also drink national fruits.

Abdominal pain The body is weak due to fasting in hot weather. Again, changes in regular eating habits can lead to stomach ache, indigestion, and bloating. This can cause pain. So you should not eat food that raises body temperature. To keep the body fit, one should refrain from eating fried or extra fatty foods. This type of food warms the body and removes water from the body. Eat low-fat foods. Vegetables, red flour bread, shredded rice, marine fish, olive oil, sunflower oil, etc. can be eaten.

Headaches The problem during Ramadan is headaches. Usually, if you do not drink water for a long time, you will get headaches and pain. For this reason, tea, coffee, and soft drinks cannot be eaten in Sehri. Excessive sugary foods, dry and processed foods should be avoided. After iftar, you have to drink enough water.

Fatigue Disrupts normal sleep during Ramadan. This leads to fatigue. Get enough sleep. Can't stay up late. In addition, to make up for the night's sleep, you need to take a nap during the day or after the Fajr prayers. Otherwise, fatigue and sleep deprivation can occur throughout the day.

Thirsty In this hot summer, the body gets better in the morning but it gets thirsty in the afternoon. For this reason, many people drink water with ice during Iftar. This is not right at all. Coldwater causes digestive problems by increasing the contraction of blood vessels in fasting people. So do not drink iced water in Iftar and Sehri but drink plain water.

Attention loss begins to break down glycogen in the body four hours after fasting. The amount of this glycogen breakdown increases a lot around 3 or 4 in the afternoon. Due to this, there is a lack of attention. To prevent this problem, fasting people should never omit sehri. Sehri should be eaten towards the end of the night.

Food poisoning Foods rot quickly in hot weather. This can lead to food poisoning or food poisoning. So try to avoid outside food during Iftar or Sehri. Try eating hot food. Those involved in food cooking and preservation need to be mindful of how clean they are.
